A desire that has flowed through my entire life is helping myself and others become the best versions of ourselves. Restoration: Blocked to Breakthrough allows me to help people clear away the physical and emotional blocks preventing breakthroughs in their lives.

My background is in education — I hold a BA in Biology Education and an MA in Special Education. Life has taken me to different states and countries, but my focus has always included helping people see the best in themselves.

Currently, I am a single foster and adoptive mom. My personal journey has led me to do extensive research on trauma, which has not only made me a better mom but a better practitioner as well.

For fun, I'm on my local roller derby team — Cornfed Roller Derby! Unlike roller derby, where my primary role is as a blocker, Restoration Blocked to Breakthrough gives me the chance to help people move past the blockers in life and experience breakthroughs in areas that have been blocked for a long time.

That's where Restoration comes in: I go to the root — not just what hurts, but what's actually holding on underneath it — so pain and the past don't get to decide when you stop, and you get to keep doing what you love for as long as you choose.
